assent of the court and the inspector of the metochion of Zograf in
Kesendire, that anyone who enters or leaves the metochion or in anyway moves
from there to Istanbul or anywhere else should be in the knowledge of the
inspector of the registry and should bear a letter of permission for such a
transportation
