The chair of Russian language and cross-cultural communication informs you about
international scientific conference
“World-wide language and cultural universals”
which will be held on
October 8-10, 2015
We kindly invite Russian and foreign scientists (linguists, literary and culture specialists, practical teachers, journalists etc.) whose scientific interests lie in the sphere of theoretical, methodological and practical problems of philology, cross-cultural communication, methods of teaching Russian and foreign languages and literature.
The conference includes the following sections:
- Current problems of modern linguistics;
- Cross-cultural communication: problems and prospects;
- Language as a mirror of spiritual, national and cultural values;
- Problems of comparative linguistics;
- Current problems of modern studies on literature;
- Aspects of studies on fiction text;
- Methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language: traditions and innovations;
- Current state and prospects of teaching Russian and literature in high and secondary school;
- Journalism in the context of the present;
- Professional and personal development of a future specialist: the search of effective conditions and methods.
The conference covers plenary and sectional sittings and the discussion on the problems
of testing
Languages of the conference: Russian and English.
Forms of participations: internal and correspondence ones.
Travelling, lodging and meals are at the expense of the participants.
Hotel rooms can be booked for the guests.
The reports are planned to be published as a collection registed in RISQ (Russian Index of Scientific Quotation). Participation fee is 700 Russian roubles.

The committee has the right to edit thearticles and reports before publication.
